His college education consisted of two bachelor degrees (Florida State University and University of Northern Iowa) which focused on business, hotel administration and real estate. He has over 32 years of commercial real estate investment and development experience. His total focus and commitment is to create a high–performing, commercial real estate development on this 36+ acre site.
