There is a considerable range in the per acre price depending where the end user’s sought after ground is located within the 36+ acre parcel boundary, the usage, and the total acreage required. The Interstate 75 frontage has the highest value and the traffic counts are in excess of 120,000 cars per day! Additionally, all sites will have all utilities that include underground electrical, drainage with offsite detention, sewer access, and paved streets along with all the rough grading.
